i have a few photos of leaves and stems i dont know what it could be its in my garden mysteriously

I do have a lot of black berry bushed around but none look like this one its really cool I'm going to keep an eye on it thank you!
That's a blackberry cane, genus Rubus. Narrowing it down to species could be almost impossible. The stems are extremely thorny so it's probably a "wild" blackberry rather than a cultivated one, since they often have smoother stems to make it easier to pick the fruit. Keep an eye peeled for berries later in the summer, they're very tasty!
