It's a Masked Weaver. The pattern is all wrong for Common Yellowthroat, not to mention beak shape. This is not a native species.
Looks like a Masked Weaver of some kind native to Africa. The black mask surrounding the red eye and the rust color on the top of the head all look like a masked weaver. Likely escaped from a zoo or aviary?
