Agreed! The last thing you want is a bad case of Phytophotodermatitis.

Judging from the leaves visible in the picture that looks a lot like Water Hemlock, Cicuta maculata, or one of its relatives. Water Hemlock and certain other members of the family can be dangerously toxic and really shouldn't be handled. http://www.missouriplants.com/Whitealt/Cicuta_maculata_page.html
