Description:
Dragonfly with wings that are transparent except they are bisected by black bars.
Habitat:
Pond at Hidden Valley Natural Area in the Kansas City, Mo, city limits.
Notes:
The pond was thick with different kinds of dragonflies feeding and engaging in what looked like fighting behavior toward one another.
