Description:

Medium-sized light green damesfly with clear wings except for dark grey at the tip of the wing.

Notes:

Also found along the creekbank.

The easiest way to tell a damselfly and dragonfly apart is that damselflies hold their wings vertically above their bodies. Dragonflies hold their wings horizontally. Also, the eyes of damselflies do not touch, while dragonflies' eyes do.

thanks guys! one question- whats the difference between a damesfly and a dragonfly? That way I'll know from now on.
