Description:

the cow killer also known as the velvet ant isnt an ant but a wingless wasp the females have no wings and a powerful sting that they say hurts so bad it could kill a cow the males have wings and cant sting

Habitat:

the cow killer is a loner about 1 for every 100 square yards they like dry sandy areas and feed on water and nector
