Description:

yellow moth with dark brown spots all over.. it just rested near the light bulb

Habitat:

at the mountains of Lilo-an, Cebu, Philippines

This is not Cricula trifenestra. Cricula never has a black spot on the forewing like yours and in yours are no brighter spots on the forewing. Bombycoidea, Eupterotidae, Eupterote sp. Do not blame Ann! The ID she referred to is wrong! But they are the same moth.
