Description:

Female (above) is black with a red/orange tip of the abdomen. Male has a yellow collar at the anterior of the thorax

Habitat:

Parks, gardens, flowery meadows.

Notes:

This bee has very full pollen baskets (on the hind legs) with very orange pollen.
