Looks like these I think http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/10498894 , also found on Urtica dioica (Stinging nettles).

They look more like caterpillars of the European peacock (Inachis io).

They really, really look like Red Admiral caterpillars, but they are not usually big on web creation.
