Thanks for the guidiance Yasser, have corrected the same. Chand its called the "Golden poisonous frog .
most likely Phyllobates terribilis or the Golden Poison Frog. Check it out here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_Poison_Frog
what's it called Rudy?...is it a tree frog?
