These are two different animals I think. The first picture is a dragonfly exuviae and the second looks more like a mayfly (Order: Ephemeroptera) possibly. :)

Great info thanks! It make sense. The dragonfly exuviae is probably from the many dragonflies trapped in big spiderwebs. I added a picture.

This is an exuvia from a dragonfly. Dragonflies spend most of their lives in the Larval/nymph aquatic form and then metamorphose to their flying adult form to breed. A good entomologist on here will be able to tell you what family this exoskeleton belongs to.
