Well if she lays eggs, the keepers will save on fish food for a few days. Fish lay thousands of eggs usually. Many will get caught in the filters when they are very small. Some will get eaten. In an aquarium that size, a few might find hiding spaces. The keepers will probably isolate or contain the fish if she is indeed pregnant. I don't know enough about them. The Red grouper my dad caught and we all ate this weekend was excellent, but not this orange color. Of course, it was caught and brought to the surface...so colors could be off a bit. I don't know for certain.

Very likely it is . The red groupers are Reef Fish and most of the fish which I spotted have been Reef fishes living in a reef like environment.
