It looks very much like the Coquí you find in Puerto Rico: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6541755. But since that is only found at the island itself I guess it's another member of the large Eleutherodactylus family: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eleutherodactylus
