I don't know what it is without seeing the fruit but it is NOT Ipomoea alba because the sepals are NOT those of Ipomoea alba and the tube is much too wide... This may be the night flowering Ipomoea macrorhiza as entered in the PlantFiles here : http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/218320/
