Also I've reclassified your spotting for you - you had it as a reptile, but a frog is an amphibian :)
What a beautiful little frog! Definitely one of the European green frogs, so genus Pelophylax. I think maybe a marsh frog (Pelophylax ridibundus). Also, last year there was a big virus outbreak among frogs in the Netherlands, so it's great to see that you've found this one!
