I would also say that this is a mullet
you will notice that the asp have only 1 dorsal fin, as to where the mullet have two, also the lateral stripes on the mullet more closely match the fish pictured here. The asp is rather stripe-less, and much thinner and more streamlined than the mullet.
Common carp, Cyprinus carpio! Nice shots, was this in an ornamental pond, or did you see it wild in a lake or something?
I've seen one of these before, And for the life of me the name of it won't come forth Great pics
