I am really not sure of the ID I'm afraid. You can try fruitfly to search with. The color is great I must admit!
@ monkey also ,seems to be more prominent in the UK,
Closest I came to is Herina Germinata.
Size might be a little smaller than the one showed. Everything is pretty much as is , No special effects.
