Hi Lori got it accurately... I was trying with suspect of Geometridae... but not able find sub family Oenochrominae where this moth is classified. Bugguide not included this subfamily.

It's a male, which you can tell from the large fuzzy antennae. Females have slender antennae.
@ AshishNimkar .. It looks like a Eudocima but I have not found with one?!?
