Notes:

I took photos of this juvenile and the adult male (see additional photo) to compare a 6 or 7 month old juvenile magpie with the full adult. Notice the difference in body size, colouration and beak colour. I had been chopping wood, and these guys came down to feast on some white-ants that came out!
