Field Notes
Description:
Yellow flying insect with dark spots on the wings and muted lines on abdomen.
Habitat:
Backyard. Don't recall the leaf in the first photo but the rest are on a Bougainvillea leaf.
Notes:
Not to be confused with the fly of the same name but of the Minettia flaveola species that has no markings on the wings.
