Field Notes

Description:

This Lithop is greenish brown on the side and darker green-brown on the top. It started the season bright green and many more of them have died. This one has survived.

I have not seen it bloom yet but Wikipedia has a picture and a time-lapse of a bloom that looks similar to ice plants.

Habitat:

This Lithop is in a rock garden on the side of my yard.
