Thanks. Both species accepted by Kew Gardens et al, and not synonyms. plicata is very widespread. papuana only from New Guinea. But I'm no expert...
I think ceherzog has it. Maybe papuana is more of a local species name. It's odd how much these look like Phalaenopsis as well.
