Found this guy nibbling on my tomato plant in my garden.

Related species are somewhat similar looking and both feed on tomato plants. However, Tomato Hornwoms (Manduca quinquemaculata) have eight V-shaped stripes on the side rather than seven diagonal stripes as this one does.
