I'll go with Blackberry, yours matches up with mine and in your photo a fruit picked did not leave a "cone" which is how raspberries get the hole in the top of the fruit. Go with blackberry. Not sure of exact blackberry species though, heard there are 4 wild varieties.
if nothing the shape of the leaves might come to the rescue!
So what should I Id it as? Thank you for the feed back Keith!
Just wanted to add there are Black Raspberries too, so color isn't 100% for i.d.
Saarbrigger the red berries turn black . So it is a black berry. Doesn't jack in the Pulpit look a little like this? Thanks Keith.
