Field Notes

Description:

cultivar; red berries on a thorny cane, having one ripening a year

Notes:

They are about a month late in ripening this year, but not badly hit by mold like some years --it hasn't rained much since they finally ripened.

They needed another day to ripen more, but then YES! yum! and they make really good jam. And cobbler. And pie. And sweet snacking any time.
yumm...did you pick and eat them after you shoot? I would..mouthwatering good
