Creepy but nonetheless a great shot :-)
Yeah, mosquitoes can be very dangerous to dogs and cats. Gives them a disease that I can't even say, let alone spell!! Lol. But if you catch it early enough, it can be treated, but they've got to be on medication for the rest of their lives . :/ And I agree - can do without mozzies too!
Because of a mosquito bite?! Yeikes, hadn't known about that :( Yuck! Could do without those too :)
Tick infested? I can imagine.... I have to check my dogs regularly for ticks or it could be dangerous for them. But mosquitoes are worse here. A friend of mine almost lost his dog because of a mosquito bite. But ticks...yeah, could do without those!
Hehe, spiders and I have a silent agreement since my teenage days, if they stay outside, I leave them alone :) Ticks, well... in Hungary we have some really deadly ticks (they can kill your dog in a span of 5 days - almost happened to our Lab). Here (in Kuwait) we have ticks too, but except for one apartment I almost rented, which was tick infested (I kid you not, I still get the creepy crawlies), I haven't seen any this time we are here.
Spiders don't bother me in the slightest...well, I don't really want them in the house, especially not this size!! Lol. But ticks.... *shudders* I do not like them in the slightest. Thanks for commenting on the photo, though. :) Very lucky shot for me!
They give me the creepy crawlies too. Spiders and ticks. Awesome find and photo though :D!
This was the first and only time I saw one, and it wasn't until I put the photo onto my computer I realised it was carrying babies! Outside in the garden in fine, but in the house? No thanks!
