But be careful, there is a mushroom of similar color with a less distinctive funnel shape that tends to grow in tight clusters. It can be harmful to eat. I believe it's refered to as a Jack O'Lantern (Omphalotus Olearius). There is also one known as Paxilus Involutus that has a more pronounced, sturdy stem and is darker, much more hearty in appearance, and has a rolled rim. They are deadly.

I believe that's Cantharellus Cibarius (chanterelle). There is another called Craterellus cornucopioides that is a darker but has the same funnel-shape. The ones you have picture are edible and delicious. The others aren't so tasty. lol
