Wow! Emma, thanks! I understand what your doing Lars. That can be very helpful too. We all have our own reasons for what spottings we post.
Basicly that's the way, Dan. Personally, I am trying to collect all the flora/fauna, that has become a natural accounter here over the years/decades/centuries and is able to grow naturally under the local conditions. Indoor exotics and pets excluded.
Hmm....Not bad Idea.. Such flowers are not available in forests. They are planted world wide like commercial migration.
No I haven't posted it. I'm trying to only post spottings from the wild. I don't want to post any of my tropical houseplants or cultivated plants around my house. I have been posting the insects I've been seeing on my plants though.
Dan..Have you posted in your collection which is now very big...!!
Thanks folks - thanks Ashish. And yes, Daniele, i knew that...just wanted to be sure (thx anyway for reminding).
Ashish is right. It's a Rose of Sharon. I have a very similar one flowering right now in my backyard.
Lars, hibiscus actually is from the Malvaceae family. Very nice pic!
Sure about the Hibiscus, Ashish? Could also be something similar Malv"ish"
