Description:

I thought it might be a wood louse spider but I've never seen a picture of a red one.

UPDATE: Thanks to the community for the confirmation, it is a Woodlouse.

Habitat:

Found him in my finished basement, we have firewood out back which makes me think it's a woodlouse. I live in Eastern PA, right outside of Allentown. An hour north of Philadelphia.
