Field Notes

Description:

I'm outta here!
This weevil has had enough of posing for the camera.
The middle pair of legs are raised, I wonder why that might be?

Habitat:

Found on eucalyptus. in suburban park.
I guess its gone home.

Notes:

They do not often fly.
Some beetles, including weevils have lost the ability to fly.
