Description:

Elder bush in my back garden - Berries close to be of interest to our local birds- Berries used in cooking - (Flowers sometimes gathered for a cordial drink)

Habitat:

Moist wooded slopes

Notes:

In England the main trunk used by children for pop guns after the central pith removed.
