Field Notes

Description:

Hard to detect (I was lucky because he ate a fish while I was snorkeling right there). Matches a variety on environments almost perfectly. If disturbed, it flashes brilliant yellows and reds on the underside of its pectoral fins to warn of venomous spines.

Habitat:

I found on the rocks.

Notes:

Master of camouflage.
