It could be the common wall lizard, Podarcis muralis...
Woops, just saw that ID suggestion is native to Sardinia and Corsica. Ignore that one please.
That's a sand lizard: Lacerta agilis, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sand_Lizard.
He looks cool! No idea what he is though :(
