Field Notes

Description:

7-5 inches, wingspan 13inches.
pale gray wings,pale rufous belly, square black tail.moe slender than other phoebes.

Habitat:

nest is in an outbuilding, constructed with gleaned materials, including plastic and twine, Nest is woven tightly. Open grassy fields and stands of willow

Notes:

They had fledged today, and mom was trying to keep track and 4 young who were calling and cheeping from 4 different locations. 2nd shot is one of the fledgelings
