It was the same bird. Not sure which one of us was stalking the other, but neither of us left the line of sight of the other. I was much more quiet about the process.
1st photo looks like a Carolina Wren as well
Picture 2 and 3 are definetly Carolina Wrens, but I cannot confirm the first picture. I think it is a different bird.
