I don't now about that suggestion, Mick. The top of the 'Pluteus atromarginatus' looks much thicker than the ones on my pic, no?
Thanks everyone. @Noe &Pili Had to edit out some of the left hand background (not so good at that), maybe that's what gives it a painted feel too :) ------- Don't know about the Coprinus. Can't find a photo that really matches. I don't remember the drippy effect on these like the 'Coprinus comatus' seems to have.
