Description:

I know that brown butterflies aren't very attractive but I think this one has a beautiful pattern. 35 mm wingspan.

Habitat:

Flowering plants in forest edge.

Hesperiidae, Pyrginae, (Achlyodini?), Eantis tamenund. Extremely confusing taxonomy! Once it was called Achlyodes thraso and you will find a lot of pictures with that ID. Achlyodes mithridates is also a synonym and there is also a Achlyodes mithridates thraso from Brazil, which, however, looks complitely different.
