Field Notes

Notes:

Brought to me by a museum guest. The caterpillar has walked through some sort of tree sap which had coated its head and then been covered in dirt, entirely covering and filling the mouth of the caterpillar. Attempts to clean the caterpillars head were unsuccessful and the caterpillar could not eat.
