Field Notes

Description:

right blue male and more subdued female

Habitat:

Often found drinking from mud puddles

Notes:

This guy drowned in a puddle from the unusually heavy rain we've had the last few years. Normally, this patch of ground has a few puddles, but is not under water. Three years later, we are seeing our first ones in July. Crazy weather

Thanks. I wish I"d been quicker to find him as he was still alive, but didn't last long after being rescued
