This is most likely a Rufous fleshfly (Sarcophaga ruficornis Fabriclus) :)

Hi Nicole, this is a Flesh Fly (Sarcophagidae) family. I don't know the genus or species though. I have the same fly on my profile as well. Surprisingly good looking flies for the name :)

In my book it is called a Bee Fly, but you may have a different name there.
