It's a baby! It still had a pointy butt where it's tail was.

I have found another very similar are the pads of the feet nearly tranparent
I'm sorry, but I don't think that's correct. I'm thinking this is a harmless Fowler's Toad.
This is a baby cane toad and it would be wise not to touch them as they release a toxic substance from their gland behind there neck which is highly poisonous.
