Field Notes

Description:

Mainly black bird with long tail and black cap and chin, Red under chin and gold collar - cream chest. This and the long tailed are called "Black widow bird" Breakfast time at Tshukudu wildlife park is always interesting. Parasitises Orange winged Pytilia.

Habitat:

Woodland and open grassland near water.

That is correct for the Hornbill Atul - I have the Black bird focussed here.
looks pretty much like a horn bill without the horned bill
