Description:

The genus Dracaena (romanized form of the Ancient Greek δράκαινα - drakaina, "female dragon"), also called Caiman Lizards, belongs to the family of Teiidae lizards. Caiman lizards are found in South America in Ecuador, Colombia, Peru and Brazil. These lizards spend a lot of time in the water and they inhabit marshes, streams and flooded forests. Caiman lizards often bask on branches overhanging the water.

but the not the savannah monitor...I searched the savannah monitor in Google...they are not so bright like the above

Is it a zoo specimen or a pet or escapee? That seems really large for an indigenous lizard.
1.5 or 2 ft approx
Probably need a little information about how big he is, if you want an ID.
