I found this in grassland in rainy season, the plant is not so big around 1ft hight with three or four leaves, roots are spreaded, there are many in that grassland, I take one of them and bring it to my home , that was fresh after 2-3 hrs, that i transplant in my garden.
Nice picture! To help folks ID, you may want to add some more information to the spotting - pictures from other angles, information about where you found it (wet or dry? sunny or shady? big or small?), etc. The more we have to go on, the more we can help.
I'm not sure what it is, but I'm pretty sure it's not an orchid.
