Hi P.young713, I'm pretty certain this is a juvenile Laughing Gull. They are here year round along the coasts of Florida and are some of the most common gulls. The black legs and bills help make it easier to identify this juvenile as a Laughing Gull. :)
Thank you, AshishNimkar! The sea gulls are very friendly birds and some will come very close to humans so it is easy to get close up shots with a camera. Some Americans feed them at the beach.
