Sure, that's not in question. I only said that because this one is spotted in the UK!
Craig Plume moth find all across the World.
Certainly a Plume Moth (Pterophoridae), but I don't think it's Pterophorus pentadactyla. That looks like this: http://ukmoths.org.uk/show.php?bf=1513 There are over 20 species of Plume Moth in the UK and quite a few look like this!
