Field Notes

Description:

Three tiny cardinal hatchlings with down feathers just coming in, nice yellow beaks. Adorable!

Habitat:

Inhabited areas such as parks, backyards, and other public sites.

Notes:

Noticed the nest and busy parents in our climbing rose plant supported by our garage but forgot until I heard the peeping when outside one day.
