Description:

Some sort of fly; I'm not sure whether it was a biting variety, but it was on a farm with horses.

Yes, I believe it's either the same variety or something very similar. :)

Looks very similar to my spotting. I've narrowed it down to genus. Nice to see some more spottings from my area.
