Description:

about 4 cm long

I never saw a caterpillar "jumping" before. See second picture (not the best one.

Habitat:

In a valley nearby a creek. A lot of pine trees around.

Notes:

I added the family of this caterpillar, but I do not know the correct subspecies till now.

Mostly they find in Orgyia sp.

Thanks Amber. These caterpillars look very close to my spotting, but I can not find these colours. The western tussock moth looks close too.
Amber its Tussock moth caterpillar only... Head it at right side..!!
Looks like a White-marked tussock moth -but I'm not sure if they would be in the location
