Thank you Jellis. Looks good to me. There's quite a variation in markings.
To me it looks more like a Northern Bluet Enallagma annexum But you can look for yourself too http://southwestdragonflies.net/damsels/2_Zygoptera.html
looks like a cold or female Bluet but need to see which one
